I'm married and have 2 girls, ages 3 and 5. In addition to owning my own personal training studio,
located in my home, I'm a stay at home mom. I've been a trainer for about 4 years. My previous fitness background
was a group fitness instructor (since 1996). I use to work at a local chain gym and branched out on my own in Sept of 2006.

Primary Goal
By Jan 1, 2008 I will have a minimum
of 1 trainer working for me 10 to 15 hours per week. He/She will be up to speed, passed the probation period of 6 weeks and
be a good, match for my business. My main concern is attitude, not experience. I can teach the person the skills. I'd
rather have a great attitude.
I will make more money per hour so I can spend more time with my family while the girls
are still young. Time with them would equate to spending several days a week, not worring I need to get back to the studio
to meet with clients, no rushing, just laughing and having fun. This will involve doing more group classes and looking into
new ways to maxamize my time. Examples: Transform Program, Boot Camps, Seminars, Corporate training. This would also involve
hiring someone/people to help me with tasks such as: accouting, marketing, billing, paperwork, etc.

I'm really good at layout, design, photography, making newsletters,
etc. My background is in journalism, marketing and advertising. the computer.

Push me to expecting more out of myself, and holding me accountable for it. Not let
me become a wall flower. Providing feedback about issues that arise.
