COMMENTS: I am a former bar manager / drug and alcohol abuser. I quit school in grade 10 and never returned to reality until the age of 30. Since that time I left everybody I knew behind to start a new life of learning and health redemption. I have studied incessantly for the last 15 years and own a successful personal training studio with 6 employees and I have a beautiful wife and a 7 year old son and a 3 year old daugher. I am grateful to have the ability to work hard, but now I feel like I am used up. I have developed no personal relationships since my break for the bar life other than my wife and kids and presently work apprx 12 hours per day for the last 12 years.

EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE POTENTIAL: I have an intuitive gift for being able to connect and direct clients accurately, mentally, and physically.

Ninety days: 90 days will allow me to get systems in place to refine the intake and management of our clients and various programs. I have also finished off the remainder of my examinations, our websites will be updated, our online training program videos completed and I will be moving forward on to building my public speaking career with the I AM program.

GOAL FOR WORK: By Dec 14, Tuesday of this year I will be providing mass guidance in the form of a "Return to Fitness" lecture series, address the common mistakes in regaining health and fitness and providing the mental 'framework' for the success to build upon. This will occur on a monthly basis funneling new clients into my studio.

OVERLAP GOAL: I would like to be able to afford to take one week off every three months and take my family on a small trip. To be able to take the time off, my compnay would making an additional $20,000.00 per month. This time off would allow me to build a stronger bond with my wife and kids. I see my children for 60 minutes at the end of each week day and it is not enough. I am missing too much of their life, even though my working hard allow my wife to stay home with them. To accomplish this goal would remove much of the guilt of being an absent spouse and parent. I would feel connected, on purpose and my authentic self.

WORKGOAL SHORT: My new found freedom in my business will allow me to have a greater impact on the world around me through monthly "Return to Fitness" lecture

OVERLAP GOAL SHORT: The increase of $20,000.00 in revenue will allow me to take one weeke off every three months to be with my family heart mind and soul.

OBJECT: an etched piece of glass that says ' follow your dreams'

WHAT CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE: I have gone through the opening of a successful business, hired and fired staff, studied every nuance of fitness (mental to physical), established strong links to the medical community, wrote for the local paper for 8 years (submitted over 240 articles), gone through every emotion possible over the last 7 years as a self employeed trainer and a trainer of trainers. In short, I have been there and done that and the by-product is experience and good judgment (which is by-product of bad judgment)

HOW CAN OTHER MEMBERS HELP YOU: Help me stay focused on my goals of making my work load less and my family experience more.

ONE HOUR IS WORTH: $75.00

INCOME INCREASING IDEA: Boot Camps - presently running 14 per week at partial capacity

FOUR THINGS ON A DAY YOU LOVE: Sit on my deck and read a good book -
Play with my kids on the beach
Take my wife out for a romantic dinner
Have 90 minutes to just exercise

CAREER EVOLUTION: I always wanted to own a personal training center when I was a personal training manager for a local gym. I have achieved that goal but neglected to set the next goal immediately and am now in the process of building the next compelling goal. The attainment was anticlimactic, almost depressing, the journey and growth was amazing. I sought out help from experts, was relentless in my search for fitness ' truths' and sought to inspire and lift others, up others with money being the last intent. I have done what I set out to do, now there needs to be more growth on a different plane.
