In ALIVE, the cardio includes two (2) all-out high intensity bursts for
12-20 seconds within each session
There is also an addition of some simple movements that become a morning routine to
reactivate the lymphatic system
And . . . . there is a fourth week routine that becomes the routine for weeks 5-8 as
well (with progression)
By now you should be gaining comfort with a more extensive intake/assessment process, ideally
