I am an extremely driven person that is not
usually afraid to take a risk. I'm proud of the fact that I take on challenges, am constantly learning new things so I can
continue to grow and teach others. I want to leave a legacy of a strong wellness business developer and mentor. I have a BFA
in Fashion Design & Merchandise Management, after changing my major from business finance with a minor in pre law. Throughout
school I told my instructors I wanted to take a different approach to design I wanted to study the body's anatomy and functions.
I would groom myself as a Silhouette Dr. (LOL) I've completed a few stages in my life as a designer, a pr girl, a personal
trainer, group fitness instructor, marketing manager, and fitness director.
While I’ve worked in these many areas always exceeding others expectations of me, I continue
to fall short of my expectations of me. I repeatedly ask myself "why isn't my business coming together the way you want
it to."
I want to help people
create healthy lifestyle's looking, feeling, and being healthy. May of my friends consider me the triple F Girl (Fitness,
Fashion, & Finance) because I've worked in each of these industries. These are the areas I always express the most passion
about and am willing to go above and beyond to help others be at their best in. I want to get to the stage in my life where
I feel like I am not only helping others, but I am helping myself also. I enjoy life I love people and I love working towards
the things I want and believe in People being fashionably fit and financially free~
GOALS REVISITED: Most trainers complete
exercise routines I take you through a lifestyle transformation.
ninety days: In 90 days I will have gain solid ground conducting my 2 additional fitness camps, grooming
my 10 additional clients, began conducting my regular monthly seminars with a minimum of 10 people in each session, and will
have scheduled grocery shopping tours. My completed website will assist me with keeping clients and prospects informed about
all of my services, seminars, classes, and upcoming fitness video's. I will be confident and have a charged excitement about
my work and the legacy I've began to leave.
GOAL FOR WORK: Within the next 4-6 months I will have completed my
fitness video, will be conducting 1 class on Saturday mornings, 2 early morning classes during the week days, and will conduct
1 weight loss and 1 strength training education session per month. Through my new effortless efforts I will be generating
a minimum $6,000 per month.
OVERLAP GOAL: I will be able to pay my student loans more effectively. It will take $93,000 to pay
my student loans and that scares me on a daily basis. If I can make an additional 6,000 per month a minimum of 9800 I could
comfortably make sufficient payments and not feel as though I am drowning. Once I am
able to do this I will feel a strong since of freedom, joy, and happiness. The since of accomplishment I will gain will encourage
me to reach new heights in my personal and career life.
WORK GOAL SHORT: I will be happy in my new growth, schedule,
and services reaching new levels of prosperity.

I am a person that doesn't usually set limits on myself and what I can do and this usually transfers to my peers and colleagues.
Even after meeting Velma in person she said you can do anything girl, and I said "don't say that, people always think
that about me, but I don't know" She pointed out the "but in my statement" and I realized when I don't talk
about things I don't have any buts. So I know I can strongly motivate others

CAREER EVOLUTION: The difference in my career now and one year ago is that I am no longer managing
a fitness program full-time, I am managing a sports nutrition campaign something I spoke that I wanted with more flexibility
and to build more credible nutrition experience and knowledge. I have more flexibility to train outside of the gym because
I am not there all day anymore. I started in the industry in 2005 as a floor trainer for TSI and have since grown into an
instructor/trainer/consultant/fitness director. I took/take my education seriously because I wanted people to feel as though
they are working with someone they can trust. I saw so many trainers who didn't really care about the people they were working
with, and I naturally care about people being and feeling healthy. I have more experience to leverage now and am 10 times
more comfortable training outside of the facility now. I am at a cross roads looking to continue to grow in the direction
of self employment.
